    摘要:

    天然气分布式能源正成为清洁能源利用的新的重要领域,因地制宜进行开发是成功的关键,当前亟待建立用以分析地区天然气分布式能源开发环境的指标体系,并开展不同地区的评价和对比研究。本文首先识别天然气分布式能源项目开发的影响因素,从中归纳出地区天然气分布式能源开发的资源条件、能源环境、经济环境和社会环境4个维度的16个可量化指标,并建立评价指标体系;进而,应用所建指标体系采用主客观组合赋权法对全国31个省级行政区的开发环境进行评价。依据评价结果对不同地区聚类分析,将天然气分布式能源发展的地区环境划分为五类,针对五类地区的不同环境特征,提出相应的发展策略建议。

    Abstract:

    The gas distributed energy system (GDES) is becoming a new and important field of clean energy utilization. Developing GDES according to local conditions is the key to success. It is necessary to establish an index system to analyze the development environments of GDES, and to carry out evaluation and comparative study of different regions. Firstly, the influencing factors of GDES developments were identified and 16 quantifiable indicators were concluded from 4 aspects as resource conditions, energy environments, economic environments and social environments. Then, a combined weighting determination method was applied to evaluate the GDES development environments of 31 provincial administrative regions in China. According to the evaluation results, the development environments were divided into five categories, and corresponding strategies were proposed based on different environmental characteristics.
