    摘要:

    为了提高配电网检修计划的合理性与经济性,提出了一种基于改进粒子群算法配电网检修计划优化方法。首先,以检修成本、供电损失和故障损失最小为目标,并考虑检修资源、电网安全、检修关系等多种约束条件,建立了配电网检修计划优化模型。然后,针对模型约束条件多且繁杂的特点,提出对不同类型的约束采取相应的预处理方法;在自适应粒子群算法的基础上融入自然选择的思想,对种群中的粒子采取“优胜劣汰”的处理以提高种群的整体质量。最后,将改进的粒子群算法应用于具体算例的求解,结果表明,本文提出的模型和算法具有很好的可行性与合理性。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the rationality and economy of distribution network maintenance scheduling, an optimization method of distribution network maintenance scheduling based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the optimization model of distribution network maintenance scheduling is established with the minimum maintenance cost, power supply loss and fault loss as the objective, and considering the maintenance resources, power grid security, maintenance relationship and other constraints. Then, according to the characteristics of many and complex constraints in the model, corresponding preprocessing methods are proposed for different types of constraints; On the basis of adaptive particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, the idea of natural selection is integrated into the process of "survival of the fittest" to improve the overall quality of the population. Finally, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to a specific example. The results show that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper have good feasibility and rationality.
