    目前在电网扩建规划仿真中,新规划元件零序参数的取值范围比较宽泛,具体取值缺乏依据,影响单相短路电流计算结果的可信性。提出了一种基于PSD-BPA平台用于电网扩建规划的零序参数取值方法。以某地方电网各个分区为典型场景,分析典型场景中BPA暂态稳定程序中500kV主变零序参数XO卡、220kV线路零序参数LO卡、220kV主变高压侧母线下级等值零序参数XR卡值的变动对500kV变电站220kV侧母线单相短路电流的影响,通过误差分析找出关键影响因素,再按照计算误差的要求,抓住主要忽略次要,给出对应零序卡的取值方法建议。实例分析表明所提方法能够便捷、有效地评估规划年某地方电网500kV变电站220kV侧母线单相短路电流,可应用于工程实际。

    Abstract:

    At present, in the simulation of power grid expansion planning, the value range of zero-sequence parameter of the new planning element is relatively wide, and the specific value lacks basis, which affects the credibility of the calculation result of single-phase short-circuit current .A zero-order parameter selection method based on PSD-BPA platform for power grid expansion planning is proposed .Taking each partition of a local power grid as a typical scenario, the influence of the change of zero sequence parameter XO card of 500kV main transformer, zero sequence parameter LO card of 220kV line and sub equivalent zero sequence parameter XR card value of high-voltage side bus of 220kV main transformer on single-phase short-circuit current of 220kV side bus in typical scenario of BPA transient stability program are analyzed, and the key influencing factors are identified through error analysis, then according to the requirements of the calculation error, seize the main ignoring secondary, give corresponding to zero sequence of accessor methods are suggested .An example analysis shows that the proposed method can easily and effectively evaluate the single-phase short-circuit current of bus at 220kV side of Shanghai power grid 500kV substation in the planning year, and can be applied to engineering practice.
