    摘要:

    近些年电网公司对配电网投资持续加大,但缺乏一套科学合理的配电网项目投资效益评估体系。 首先,从装备水平、网架结构、供电能力、新增供电量等方面构建了两级配电网项目投资效益评估指标体系;接着,分别采用层次分析法、熵值法计算各评价指标权重,并采用博弈论综合二者权重形成各指标最终权重;然后,采用核主成分分析方法抽取各项目评价指标数据的主成分,基于主成分综合得分和投资金额对各项目投资效益优劣进行排序。该方法可以科学合理评价配电网项目投资效益,有效地指导配电网建设与改造。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, power grid companies continue to increase investment in distribution network, but there is a lack of a scientific and reasonable distribution network project investment benefit evaluation method. Firstly, a two-layer distribution network investment evaluation index system is constructed from the aspects of equipment level, power supply capacity, loss reduction and power consumption increase. Then, analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are used to calculate the weight of each evaluation index respectively, and the final weight of each index is calculated by game theory.The principal component of each evaluation index is extracted by the kernel principal component analysis, and the investment benefit of each project is ranked based on the comprehensive score of principal component. This method can evaluate the investment benefit of distribution network project scientifically and reasonably, and then guide the construction and reconstruction of distribution network effectively.
