    摘要:

    变电站的智能化程度不断提升,设备的更新换代越来越快,变电站检修工作的安全风险正逐步加大。为了降低检修工作中的安全风险,论文设计了可用于变电站检修工作智能手环。论文首先对可穿戴手环进行了整体功能设计和对涉及到的关键技术进行简要概述。然后完成了手环主控芯片、心率检测模块、跌倒检测模块及近电告警模块等关键功能模块的芯片选型、调试以及软件流程设计。最后,论文测试了手环的各项功能,验证了各部分功能的实用性。所设计的可穿戴设备能提升检修作业的安全性,有利于促进变电站安监系统的智能化。

    Abstract:

    The intelligent degree of substation is continuously improved; the equipment is updated faster. The security risk of substation maintenance is increasing gradually. In order to reduce the security risk in the maintenance work, a smart bracelet which can be used in the maintenance work of substations is designed. The bracelet mainly has functions such as heart rate monitoring, exercise detection and near-electricity alarm. Firstly, the paper designs the overall functions of the wearable bracelet and briefly summarizes the key technologies involved. Then, the chip selection, debugging and software flow design of the key functional modules such as the main control chip of the bracelet, the heart rate detection module, the fall detection module and the near power alarm module are completed. In the end, this article tests the hand ring to verify the practicability of each part of the function. The wearable device can improve the security of maintenance operations and improve the intelligence of substation safety monitoring system.
