    摘要:

    由于大多数传统的配电网对地参数测量方法主要针对配电网对地电容的准确测量,而对地泄漏电阻测量并不精确,且无法消除对地参数测量过程中的消谐电阻和电压互感器内阻抗产生的影响,致使测量结果误差较大;同时,传统测量方法不能广泛适用于不同系统接地方式情况,实际应用较为不便。为此,该论文提出一种基于零序电压调控的配电网对地泄漏电阻测量方法,选择配电网外接特制的带有分接抽头的Y/△接线接地变压器上合适的分接抽头接地,获得一个较小的零序电压,并测量出此时的系统零序电流,将所得电压和电流值通过运算得到系统对地泄漏电阻。利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件对提出的对地泄露电阻测量方法进行仿真验证分析,所得测量结果误差小,且适用于不同的系统接线方式,表明了该方法测量精度高,适用性广,且安全经济,使用便捷。

    Abstract:

    Since most of the traditional measurement methods for the ground parameters of the distribution network are mainly aimed at the accurate measurement of the ground capacitance of the distribution network, the measurement of the leakage resistance to the ground is not accurate, and it cannot eliminate the harmonic elimination resistance and voltage during the measurement of the ground parameters. The influence of the internal impedance of the transformer causes a large error in the measurement result; at the same time, the traditional measurement method cannot be widely applied to the situation of different system grounding methods, and the actual application is relatively inconvenient. To this end, this paper proposes a method for measuring the leakage resistance of the distribution network to ground based on zero sequence voltage regulation, and selects a suitable tap tap grounding on a special Y/△ connection grounding transformer with tap taps external to the distribution network , Obtain a smaller zero-sequence voltage, measure the zero-sequence current of the system at this time, and calculate the leakage resistance of the system to ground by calculating the voltage and current values ??obtained. The PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the proposed ground leakage resistance measurement method. The measurement results obtained have small errors and are suitable for different system wiring methods. This indicates that the method has high measurement accuracy, wide applicability, and is safe and economical. , Easy to use.
