    Aiming at the characteristic of transformer fauh and the limitation of traditional fauh diagnosis methods of transformer, the paper developed a BP neural network based algorithm to diagnosis fault of transformer. The neural networks are trained with historical fault exemplar. Application on field data proves the validity of the proposed approach.

    In spite of the well-acknowledged environmental benefits of wind power generation, there is increasing concern upon impacts from wind turbines on local ecosystems and on the natural scenery. Wind power project impacts on environment mainly includes visual pollution (or natural scenery) , noise, avian safety and electromagnetic interference. The impacts on environment from a wind farm are great larger than that from a single wind turbine. Once a wind farm has been built up, the cost to eliminate or mitigate its negative influence would be enormous. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate various negative influences and take appropriate measures to reduce them planning and designing stage. to an acceptable level as early as possible in the

    Most of Chinese low-voltage distribution systems use three-phase four-wire Y/Yno(Y/Y) connection mode.The transformer unbalanced operation state is often caused by single-phase loads.The three-phase voltage imbalance and its impact to power quality are analyzed in this paper.Distribution transformer losses and line losses caused by the imbalance are investigated in detail.Some managing and technical countermeasures for the imbalance are also proposed.

    Abstract:
    The employment of eflergy - saving dispatching could reduce energy consumption and contamination emissions. Under the energy - saving dispatching scheme, the renewable energy units will be given the priority in the system dispatching. Then, the fossil -fueled units are dispatched based on the energy consumption and emission levels with the lowest being dispatched first. The implementation of the energysaving dispatching represents a significant change from the current practice in which each generation unit is allocated for nearly average utilization hours, and will also have some impacts on power grid companies on several aspects such as purchasing cost, system security and network planning. In this paper, a systematical analysis of these impacts is made, and some important problems to be studied are addressed.

    介绍了作者开发的负荷特性记录装置,该装置利用新型嵌入式数据采集卡作为前台采样,前置电路进行信号调理,以PC机进行后台数据处理并上传数据记录,可以对城区典型双变压器并列运行及更简单的变电站实现全时间点状态监测和负荷特性记录.具有存储容量大、功能齐全、调试简便、开发周期短、测量精度高等优点.现场运行情况表明:开发工作是成功的,装置能较好满足现场需要.同时,本文还对系统开发过程中遇到的,诸如顺序采样卡采样带来的误差、不同数据采集卡的采样空窗产生的原因及如何修正进行了讨论.

    兼长角纹石蛾幼虫适宜生存于水质优良且流速较快的水体环境.该石蛾每年在湖南柘溪水库大坝之下几km范围大量发生.对于水流速度较快的主干河流来说,采用常规剧毒农用杀虫剂对石蛾幼虫进行防治是不可取的,采用其它长期污染水质的办法控制石蛾幼虫的发生也不符合环境保护原则.侧重报道如何选用对环境极少污染的酸碱盐及敌百虫等药物,当电站关闸停机,河床断流后,迅速杀灭石蛾幼虫的化学防治方法.
