    摘要:

    山区电网状态估计数据常达不到实时控制的要求。现有的AVC区域优化控制方法依赖状态估计数据,在山区电网无法正常实施。本文提出了一种依托AVC系统的山区电网电压无功区域优化控制方法,无需依赖状态估计数据,按山区电网AVC控制目标优先级给出了对应的优化控制策略。还提出了10kV母线电压控制目标值精确选取方法。通过在一个典型的山区电网中应用表明,所提方法在不依赖状态估计数据的前提下,显著提升了电压合格率。

    Abstract:

    The state estimation data of the grid in mountainous area couldn't been used by the real-time control frequently. The existing AVC regional optimization control method rely on state estimation data, and cannot be implemented normally in the mountainous area. This paper proposed a novel regional optimal control method of reactive power & voltage for the grid in mountainous area based on AVC. It does not rely on state estimation data. According to the AVC control target priority of the mountainous area grid, the corresponding optimal control strategy is presented. And a novel accurate selection method of 10kV bus voltage control target value is proposed. The application data in typical mountainous area grid show that the proposed method significantly improved the voltage qualification rate without state estimation.
