    摘要:

    近年电网公司对县域配电网投资持续加大,但缺乏一套科学合理的县域配电网投资效益评估体系。首先,从装备水平、网架结构、供电能力、降损增供等方面构建了两级县域配电网投资评估指标体系;接着,综合层次分析法、熵值法计算各评价指标权重,采用主成分分析方法降低各评价指标相关性;最后,采用TOP SIS对各评估单位配电网投资效益优劣进行排序。该方法可对县域配电网投资效益进行科学合理评价, 进而有效地指导配电网建设与改造。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, power grid companies continue to increase investment in distribution network, but there is a lack of a scientific and reasonable distribution network investment benefit evaluation method. Firstly, a two-layer distribution network investment evaluation index system is constructed from the aspects of equipment level, power supply capacity, loss reduction and power consumption increase.Then, the weight of each evaluation index was calculated by the comprehensive analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method, and the correlation of each evaluation index was reduced by principal component analysis (PCA). Finally, TOP SIS is used to comprehensively evaluate the merits and demerits of each object. Through this research, the investment benefit of distribution network can be evaluated comprehensively, and then the construction and transformation of distribution network system can be guided to realize the maximization of investment benefit.
