大规模分布式电源的接入给配电网运行可靠性带来挑战,导致传统电网故障诊断方法难以满足含分布式电源配电网安全运行要求。文章从提高配电网综合可靠性目标出发,分析了含逆变型分布式电源 (Inverter Interfaced Distributed Generation, IIDG) 的配电网因控制器的快速响应导致其故障电流变化大的问题。针对传统故障分析方法进行扩展,使得在配电网故障分析中能够准确计算来自IIDG的故障电流和电网检测的电流的均方根值 (Root Mean Square, RMS)。通过IEEE标准配电网上的算例分析,证明该方法在不同故障情况下计算故障电流的准确性。研究成果为提高配电网运行稳定性、可靠性,及全面提升配电网自动化水平提供了参考依据。
The access of large-scale distributed generators bring challenges to the operation reliability of the distribution networks. The traditional fault diagnosis methods are difficult to meet the requirements of the safe operation of the distribution networks. In order to improve the comprehensive reliability, this paper analyzes the problem that the fault current of distribution networks with inverter interface distributed generation (IIDG) changes greatly due to the fast response of controller. The traditional fault analysis method is extended, so that the root mean square (RMS) of fault current from IIDG and grid detection current can be calculated accurately in fault analysis. Through the simulation of IEEE standard distribution networks, the accuracy of the method is proved under different fault conditions. The research results provide a reference for improving the stability and reliability of distribution network operation, and comprehensively improving the automation level of distribution network.
