    摘要:

    随着新能源渗透率的增加,为提高电网可靠性和弹性,本文提出考虑不确定性孤岛及网络重构的地区电网两阶段运行策略。在正常运行状态下,通过机组组合促进新能源消纳,提高经济效益;当系统故障进入孤岛运行,通过改变网络结构以保证重要负荷的持续供电, 同时考虑系统的经济性和可靠性,最大化系统在孤岛运行下的重要负荷持续供电时间;最后,利用某地实际系统进行仿真验证所提调度策略能够适应于电网的故障恢复,停电检修等实际工程问题。

    Abstract:

    With the increase in the penetration rate of renewable energy, to improve the reliability and resilience of the grid, a two-stage operation strategy for the transmission grid considering the uncertainty island and network reconfiguration is proposed in this paper. Considering the economy and reliability at the same time, in normal operation, it can promote the consumption of renewable energy through unit combination. When the system enters the isolated island state, the network structure can be changed to maximize the continuous power supply time of the important loads of the system under the isolated island state. Finally, the actual system is used for simulation verification to prove the validity of the model established in this paper.
