    摘要:

    浙江省首座电网侧铅碳电池储能电站在浙江长兴投运,在夏季迎峰度夏时段充分发挥电池储能系统调峰、调频、应急响应的作用,解决了湖州长兴地区夏季负荷供电缺口,有效增加了电网的调节手段和调节能力,有助于电网安全稳定运行。为了增加浙江电网调节的灵活性,该储能电站不仅具备全站AGC控制能力,还首次配置了储能单元AGC控制功能。本文重点介绍浙江电网侧储能电站全站及储能单元AGC控制策略,并在考虑电池能效的基础上对其AGC控制策略进行优化,最后开展了电化学储能电站AGC现场试验,试验结果证明该电站的AGC控制策略是可行的。

    Abstract:

    The first grid-side lead-carbon battery energy storage power station of Zhejiang Province was put into operation in Changxing, Zhejiang. It gave full play to the peak shaving, frequency modulation, and emergency response of the battery energy storage system during the peak summer period, and solved the summer load power supply gap in Changxing, Huzhou. Increasing the adjustment means and adjustment capabilities of the power grid is helpful to the safe and stable operation of the power grid. At the same time, in order to increase the flexibility of Zhejiang power grid regulation, the energy storage power station not only has the AGC control capability of the whole station, but also is equipped with the AGC control function of the energy storage unit for the first time. This article focuses on introducing the AGC control strategy of the entire station and energy storage unit of the Zhejiang power grid side energy storage power station, and optimizes its AGC control strategy based on the energy efficiency of the battery. Finally, the AGC field test of the electrochemical energy storage power station is carried out. The test results prove that the AGC control strategy of this power station is feasible.
