    摘要:

    为实现配电网继电保护策略的自适应优化,根据继电保护故障处理流程,将保护分为故障辨识环节以及出口决策环节,并提出基于运行方式与故障信息融合的配电网继电保护策略两级优化方法。首先依托运行方式跟踪,实现故障辨识环节的保护动作定值整定;故障辨识环节产生故障信息,故障信息开放给出口决策环节,从而实现出口决策环节的优化整定。着重研究了融合故障信息的出口决策环节优化方法,通过故障拓扑分析、保护出口配合分析以及重合闸效益分析,给出了配电网继电保护在应对不同故障场景下保护出口决策的隔离动作选择、出口定值整定与重合闸策略选取,有效提升了保护的灵活性。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the adaptation of the protection strategy in distribution network, this paper divides the protection into fault identification circuit and operation decision circuit from the process relay protection. Furthermore, a two-level optimization method of distribution network protection strategy based on the integration of operation mode and fault information is proposed. First of all, relying on the operation mode tracking, the protection action setting of the fault identification circuit is set, and the fault information is generated; then, the fault information is integrated to realize the optimal setting of the protection operation decision circuit. This paper focuses on the optimization method of operation decision circuit based on fault information integration. Through fault topology analysis, protection operation coordination analysis and reclosing benefit analysis, this paper presents the adaptive optimization method of protection operation decision for distribution network relay protection in response to different fault scenarios, which effectively improves the flexibility of protection in distribution network.
