    摘要:

    针对某城市配电网故障定位自动化程度低、各系统数据利用不足等情况,从数据融合的角度出发,通过内部专网将配电网调度管理系统、SCADA系统、融合终端及用采系统等系统数据进行融合,开发了基于多维信息融合的配电网主动故障研判系统。该系统可分为前台操作界面和后台服务器两部分,能够完成配电网故障的定位、隔离和配电网络重构等。系统前台操作界面基于Visual C ++6.0开发环境,将各功能部分模块化,后台服务器由基于Java Web技术进行开发的数据库系统实现。该系统操作方便,运行可靠,适用性强,扩展性好,方便在全省范围内推广,对配电自动化的发展具有实际工程意义,目前已在某地区试运行,效果良好。

    Abstract:

    On urban distribution network fault location has low automatic degree and the date of the system is insufficient. From the perspective of data fusion, through internal private network to fusion the date of scheduling management system, SCADA system, fusion terminal and user data acquisition system, developed based on multi-dimensional information fusion to the distribution network of active fault system. The system can be divided into foreground operation interface and the background server, which can complete the fault location, isolation and distribution network reconfiguration of the distribution network. The foreground operation interface is based on Visual C ++6.0 development environment, which modularized each function part.And the background server is realized by the database system which is developed based on JAVA Web technology. The system is easy to operate, reliable operation, strong applicability, good expansibility, easy to be promoted in the province, the development of distribution automation has practical engineering significance, has been in a local trial operation, the effect is good.
