    针对当前电力系统中弃风现象严重以及二氧化碳排放量高的问题,提出一种含电转气的电—气互联综合能源系统低碳经济调度模型,引入经济折算系数将二氧化碳排放量折算到经济维度和系统的运行成本共同组成综合成本最低的目标函数,并考虑含电转气的电力系统及天然气系统的能流模型与安全约束,用内点法予以求解。采用修改的IEEE 30节点电力系统和比利时20节点天然气网络进行算例分析,通过比较4种不同模型下的综合成本与二氧化碳排放量,验证所提模型能有效兼顾系统运行的低碳性和经济性,同时大大提高消纳风电能力。取不同经济折算系数会得到低碳性与经济性不同侧重的最优调度结果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of serious abandonment of wind and high carbon dioxide emission in the current power system,a lowcarbon economic dispatching model for a combined electricitygas integrated energy system with power to gas(P2G) is proposed. The paper introduces the economic conversion coefficient to convert carbon dioxide emission into economic dimension and counts them in the objective function. The objective function is to minimize the sum of carbon dioxide emission cost and system operating cost while the energy flow model and safety constraints of electric power system containing powertogas and natural gas system are considered. The following optimization is realized by using the interior point method(IPOPT). The modified IEEE 30 node power system and Belgium 20 node natural gas network are used for example analysis. By comparing the comprehensive cost and carbon dioxide emissions under four different models, it is verified that the proposed model can effectively balance the low carbon and economy of the system operation, and greatly improves the ability to absorb wind power. When different economic conversion coefficients are taken, the optimal scheduling results with different emphasis on low carbon and economy are obtained.
