    摘要:

    变电站配置文件中虚回路连接的正确性直接影响二次系统保护功能实现。针对当前配置文件不规范、人工校验效率低、校验结果受主观因素影响多等问题,提出一种基于中间模型文件的智能变电站虚回路自动校验方法。首先通过对每一个厂家的IED的ICD建立一个对应的IMCD文件,并根据相关规范建立DOI、DAI的规范化模型,解决ICD文件模型的不规范问题。再通过严格审查的SCD文件建立KMCD模型,保证虚回路的正确性,最终实现对虚回路的自动校验。以某变电站SCD文件为例,验证了该方法的可行性。

    Abstract:

    The correctness of the virtual loop connection in substation configuration (SCD) files affects the secondary system protection function. The current configuration file is not standardized, its manual verification is not efficient and its result would be influenced by subjective factors and other issues. This paper presents an automatic check method for the intelligent substation virtual circuit based on the intermediate model file. Firstly, a corresponding IMCD file is established for the ICD of each manufacturer's IED, and a standardized model of DOI and DAI is also established according to relevant specifications to solve ICD file nonstandard issues. Then, the KMCD model is constructed through the strictly reviewed SCD file to ensure the correctness of virtual circuit. Finally, the automatic verification of the virtual is realized and the SCD file of a substation is included as an example to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
